| For four months, Ice Academy supports entrepreneurs in the start of their entrepreneurial journey. Inspired by the design-thinking methodology, participants are trained to push their project from idea to creation and realization. |
In addition to this accelerated entrepreneurial program, participants have access to part-time employment in one of the shops of Ben & Jerry’s products at associated partners’ place. This job provides financial stability essential to launch a project and bring experience and skills in customer service in France.
