| Through the program, participants get tools and support to identify their own valuable resources (knowledge, skills, skills, contacts, passions and interests) and translate these into value-creating activities for others and thus increase the motivation of the participants. In this way, the participant’s learning is based on their own resources and assets, which makes each participant’s learning unique and individual. |
Through guidance, coaching, training and feedback we help our participants find their driving force and direction through entrepreneurship. During the program participants have been given knowledge on different paths to use their skills where some of them pursued the path towards a business of their own. In any case the new knowledge has been important for participants to be able to take the next step and new skills are useful in future contexts.
